Traineeships - Certificate IV Hospitality

This course enables the candidate to acquire a range of supervisory and managerial skills which can be applied across the broad diversity of the sector, including hotels, catering operations, pubs and coffee shops. Applicants should have some experience in the industry or have completed Certificates II or III. Modules include workplace leadership, training strategies and monitoring workplace operations.
