This course provides the candidate with the practical skills and operational knowledge to work successfully within a range of supervised hospitality establishments, such as a licensed club, restaurant or cafe. Modules include topics such as quality customer services, health, hygiene and safety procedures, processing financial transactions, and the provision of a link between kitchen and service areas. This course is suitable for those already working without formal qualifications within hospitality as well as newcomers to the industry.
