Hospitality and retail food service businesses are required to have at least one formally trained employee registered as a Food Safety Supervisor.
Businesses should now have a trained and notified Food Safety Supervisor working in their business.
Businesses that do not yet have a Food Safety Supervisor are risking a fine and possible closure. You should comply with this requirement as soon as possible to avoid unwanted attention from Government departments.
