Hospitality Certificate III

This course is applicable to employees who perform a range of skilled operations within the Hospitality sector. Roles may be multi-skilled across many hospitality businesses and employment areas may include food and beverage, gaming, front office, housekeeping, and office operations.

Course Delivery

This course is delivered on site at the workplace. Training and assessments are conducted by a qualified trainer who holds group sessions and can also have one on one contact with articipants. Learning strategies include a combination of classroom style training, on the job training, written activities, research and workplace projects. While assessments are conducted through direct observation, written and verbal questioning, role play, simulation and supervisors reports. We recognise Certificates & Statements of Attainments issued by other RTO’s. The course timeframe is to be completed within 24months.

Qualification

Once competency is achieved in all 16 units, the qualification of SIT30707 Certificate III in Hospitality is awarded and a certificate and a statement of attainment are issued.
