Hospitality Certificate II

The Certificate II in Hospitality is designed for people who work at entry level in the Hospitality Industry or for those who have no prior experience. You will learn how to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, apply safe work practices and developed the required knowledge as an individual to be competent in a range of activities and functions requiring basic operational knowledge and limited practical skills in a defined context.

Qualification

Once competency is achieved in all 12 units, the qualification of SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality is awarded and a certificate and a statement of attainment are issued.
