Business Administration Certificate IV

This course aims to provide you with administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative roles. You will be able to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. You may provide leadership and guidance to other with some limited responsibility.

Employees suited to this course

In order to successfully complete this course, it is highly recommended that you have work experience, high level of oral and written communication skills within an office environment, experience using office systems and experience administering projects. Course Delivery

This course is delivered on site at the workplace. Training and assessments are conducted by a qualified trainer who holds group sessions and can also have one on one contact with participants. Learning strategies include a combination of classroom style training, on the job training, written activities, research and workplace projects. While assessments are conducted through direct observation, written and verbal questioning, role play and simulation, workplace projects and supervisors reports. We recognise Certificates & Statements of Attainments issued by other RTO’s. The course timeframe is to be completed within 24months (full time).

Qualification

Once competency is achieved in all 10 units, the qualification of BSB40507 Certificate IV in Business Administration is awarded and a certificate and a statement of attainment are issued.
