Business Administration Certificate III

Employees undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organisation run smoothly.They may be responsible for the management of human resources, budgets, accommodation and property facilities andrecords. These functions can be performed at various levels ranging from junior through to upper management.

Employees suited to this course

This course is suitable from school level to mature-aged learners and also trainees. It develops competency in exercisinginitiative in a business environment, organising workplace information, processing and producing business documents,maintaining financial records, delivering and monitoring a service to customers, participating in occupational health andsafety processes, creating electronic presentations and organising schedules. Course Delivery

This course is delivered on site at the workplace. Training and assessments are conducted by a qualified trainer who holdsgroup sessions and can also have one on one contact with participants. Learning strategies include a combination ofclassroom style training, on the job training, written activities, research and workplace projects. While assessments areconducted through direct observation, written and verbal questioning, role play and simulation, workplace projects andsupervisors reports. We recognise Certificates & Statements of Attainments issued by other RTO’s. The course timeframe isto be completed within 12months (full time).

Qualification

Once competency is achieved in all 13 units, the qualification of BSB30407 Certificate III in Business Administration isawarded and a certificate and a statement of attainment are issued.
