Our People
TTG has over thirty year's hands-on experience within the hospitality industry. TTG's key personnel have a wealth of hospitality experience, from working as bar and wait staff in pubs and restaurants, to leading staff, managing a diverse range of establishments, and finally, as owner-operators of boutique pubs. TTG has an in-depth understanding of the trends, demands, and challenges of the industry, both from an employer and staff perspective. Key members of the team at TTG have also worked with hotels and pubs within regional NSW and appreciate the specific issues that non-urban establishments may face.

TTG has a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the training industry, and demonstrated skills in business and government liaison. TTG personnel are veterans of training and well-versed in the protocols of the training market.

Under the requirements of the Australian Quality Training framework (AQTF), TTG has also been approved by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) to deliver training for the Productivity Placement Program's (PPP) priority qualifications and occupations list in order to address the skills shortage in certain industries and assist job seekers to secure lasting employment.

TTG's head office is based in the CBD adjacent to Circular Quay, with operations in the Sydney metropolitan area, NSW Central Coast and Newcastle with expansion planned to other regional areas such as the NSW South Coast, Central West and Northern Tablelands. TTG is also establishing training outfits nationally and identifying key growth areas for further education and training.
