If you fail to attend your scheduled course, the course fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation of a booked course requires a minimum of 48 hours notice and will incur a $20 administration fee.
Rescheduling on the day or within 24hours of your scheduled course will incur a 50% administration fee.
Rescheduling outside of 48 hours of your scheduled course will incur a $10 fee.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled course, you will not be admitted into the course and a 50% rescheduling fee applies.
